We build long-term international trade relationships based on three core principles:
Our production process is strictly monitored using modern Quality Control systems to guarantee that every single stick has a consistent flavor.
We understand the importance of regulatory compliance in each destination country, from customs tariffs, PEB documents, to custom health warnings.
Supported by leading international shipping networks to ensure safe, timely, and efficient cargo delivery.

We preserve the freshness and aroma quality of archipelago tobacco by implementing a computer-controlled humidity and temperature storage system. Each export carton is specially sealed and packed for optimal durability during ocean transit.
The export of tobacco products is regulated by strict customs provisions from both the Indonesian side and the importing country.
The manufacturer applies for the determination of tobacco product excise tariffs for export purposes to the local Customs and Excise office.
Creating a PEB document (BC 3.0) at the Customs Office of the port of loading, accompanied by CK-5 export documents.
Obtaining an official NPE document from Customs before goods are loaded onto the export carrier.
Meeting packaging design requirements and pictorial health warnings (PHW) applicable under the destination country's laws.
Fulfilling fiscal obligations in the form of import duties, local tobacco excise, and local value-added taxes.
Preparing Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin (COO).
